IN-HOME TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS
In-Home travel appointments are available Thursday - Sunday. Hours vary; check the schedule on the booking page to see what hours are available. (FOR WASHINGTON STATE CLIENTS)

securing appointment
After booking an appointment, Felix will contact you via email, and provide a mutual agreement that will need to be signed. The agreement will also include the deposit cost. After the agreement and deposit is collected, Felix will confirm via email your appointment is secure!
Deposit
The deposit for all bookings will be 50% the cost of the service. After the appointment the other 50% will need to be collected. All payments may be accepted via Square, Zelle, pay pal, Visa, and Mastercard. Please see below for policy cancellation.
EARLY APPOINTMENTS
For same day appointments, a $50 fee will be added to the total service price and the agreement and deposit need to be collected prior to the appointment.
HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS
Holiday weeks/weekends incur an additional $35 service fee that will be added to the total cost of the booking.
TRAVEL FEE
Chic4Cheek’s services are designed to be conveniently delivered to your door. Travel fees are applicable when our makeup artist is required to travel to a location outside our standard service area (Seattle - Tacoma)
travel fees are determined based on the following :
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our starting point to your location. We use the standard mileage rate provided by the IRS to determine these fees (65.5 cents per mile)
Estimating Travel Fees Before confirming an appointment that requires travel, we will provide the client with an estimated travel fee. This estimate will be based on the distance and duration of service.
Accommodation and Meals If an appointment requires an overnight stay or extended travel, clients will be responsible for covering the costs of accommodation and meals, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Cancellation Policy If a client cancels or reschedules a travel appointment, the travel fees may still apply if non-refundable expenses have already been incurred. Our cancellation policy will be communicated clearly in the service agreement.
Payment Travel fees are due in addition to the regular service fees and should be paid in accordance with our payment terms.
Revision of Travel Fees We reserve the right to revise our travel fee policy as needed to reflect changes in travel costs, including fuel prices, accommodation rates, and other expenses. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

Out of state destinations may incur a different travel fee.

Rates remain the same as listed for services, with the exception of all travel, and stay.
These expenses are required to be covered by the client.
PARKING FEES
Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, hello@chic4cheek.com.
If cancellation is made within 48 hours, the total payment paid (deposit) will be refunded.
To reschedule an appointment, please visit the booking page for the next available booking.
No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.
out of state Cancellation Policy- out of state Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given agreement.
